Exercise Technique Tips

• Keep the upper arms at a 90 degree angle to the body to maximize pec involvement.
• Keeep elbows slightly bent to minimize shoulder stress.
• Use a grip that contorts to the design of the machine.
• Make sure to set-up properly with the seat at proper height and feet firmly planted on the floor.

Common Mistakes

• Setting the seat too low.
• Going too far back.
• Raising the feet off the floor.
• Using too heavy of a weight.
• Not squeezing the pecs hard enough at top.
